Vision Clarity Eye Drops processes orders 7 days a week, and will ship the same or next business day. We will ship all orders by US Mail. Every attempt is made to ship orders that are received by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time the same day, but we are not responsible for unforeseen circumstances. This also includes expedited shipping options. Orders received over the weekend or national holidays may not process for shipment until the next business day. You may select from the following shipping options:
Within the US Options:
- FREE Shipping for orders of 3 boxes or more
- First Class USPS Mail - $3.95 (Usually arrives in 2 to 8 days)
- Priority USPS Mail - $6.95 per order (Usually arrives in 1 to 4 days)

Express USPS Mail - $24.00 per order (Usually arrives in 1 to 2 days)
International orders do not qualify for free shipping offers due to the much higher international postage rates, compared to domestic rates. The following are the two postage options we offer for international shipping:
- Priority USPS Mail International - $24.00 per order (Usually arrives in 4 to 15 days)
- Express USPS Mail International - $42.00 per order (Usually arrives in 2 to 5 days)

To return an item please fill out this form completely to obtain your return authorization number. Your eyes and satisfaction are our top priority.
Every product is backed by our simple, liberal return policy: Within 60 days of receiving your order, you may return any item purchased from Vision Clarity Eye Drops for a full refund less applicable shipping costs. Please note:
- We stand behind every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return the unused portion within 60 days from your purchase date for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot process empty containers as returns. All others of the same item must be in their new, unopened, original factory-sealed container for a refund. More than one opened item of the same product will not be accepted or refunded.
- Shipping charges cannot be refunded.
- All merchandise may be insured properly by the customer. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot guarantee refunds.
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products under the above circumstances.
